Progress & Pragmatism

After three years of service on the Select Board, I'm excited to announce that I am running for re-election. Election Day is Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Voters will fill two Select Board seats, and I am asking for one of your votes! 

My first term on the Select Board has been a remarkable experience. I have learned so much about the intricacies of municipal government, and I am eager to continue to serve the Needham community. My focus continues to be on:

Progress

I believe that through local government the community can act collectively to solve important problems and create opportunities. Together we can continue to:

• support our great school system
• expand housing opportunities
• address climate change on a local level 
• upgrade town infrastructure 
• improve our quality of life
• make everyone feel welcome

Pragmatism

I endeavor to approach each issue with an open mind. By gathering the facts, listening to constituents, and learning from other towns, we can find effective solutions that unify and energize our community. In almost 30 years as a Needham resident, and as a former Needham High School teacher, I care deeply about our community. I bring my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to my work for the Town.
